A discussion is up to 45 minutes long.

In Discussion we meet either online or in-person to discuss spiritual matters that you may be experiencing. During the discussion I will offer what Knowledge and help I can, seeking to give actionable advice about how to work with what you may be experiencing.

Prior to the meeting I ask for a brief explanation of any matters you are hoping to discuss.

After the discussion I will prepare a short document outlining any Knowledge shared in the discussion and any actionable items that may need to be taken forward.
